GOPers Urge HHS To Ease Restrictions On COVID-19 Antibody Distribution

More than 50 House Republicans, including GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy (CA), want HHS to rethink its latest policy that limits distribution of FDA-authorized monoclonal antibodies for COVID-19 and requires states and territories to order from the federal government rather than from private distributors as was allowed prior to HHS’ Sept. 13 policy change.
