FTC Deepens PBM Study With Compulsory Orders To Adjacent GPOs

Two group purchasing organizations have been ordered to submit information and records regarding their business practices to the Federal Trade Commission as the agency furthers its investigation of pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), their business operations and the impact they have on prescription drug prices.
