FDA Working With Infant Formula Makers To Keep Products On U.S. Market

FDA is working with 11 international infant formula manufacturers to keep their products available for sale in the United States under a policy of enforcement discretion while they work toward meeting the requirements to become lawfully marketed in the United States on a permanent basis, FDA announced Monday (Jan. 9) .
