FDA Taps Former NY Cannabis Policy Chief To Lead Cannabis Reg Efforts

FDA has tapped Norman Birenbaum, former New York State cannabis program director, as a senior public health adviser to help lead the drug center’s cannabis research and regulation efforts, drug center Deputy Director Douglas Throckmorton announced in a staff email Monday (Sept. 26).
