DOJ Files Notice To Appeal Ruling In Qualifying Payment Amount Suit

The Department of Justice recently filed a notice reserving the right to appeal a federal district court decision that vacated sections of a final No Surprises Act rule for going beyond Congressional intent regarding what factors arbiters should consider when resolving payment fights between insurers and providers.
