Dems' Bill Aims To Improve ACA; E&C To Mark Up Pieces Wednesday

House Democrats on Tuesday will introduce sweeping legislation that aims to make the exchange plans more affordable by expanding tax credits, increasing funding for Affordable Care Act outreach and education, and reversing Trump administration rules that could weaken the marketplace, but does not address the cost-sharing reduction subsidies, according to a draft version obtained by Inside Health Policy Monday night .
