Court Expedites CMS’ Appeal Of Medicaid Work Requirements Rulings

A federal appeals court has agreed to expedite its consideration of the two cases challenging the legality of Medicaid work requirements after CMS asked that the cases be accelerated. Late on Friday (April 19), the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit ordered a faster-than-usual briefing schedule in the two cases.
