Continuing Resolution Allows FDA To Collect Drug Compounding Fees

FDA will be able to collect new drug compounding user fees authorized by the Drug Quality and Security Act (DQSA) under the continuing resolution that cleared Congress and was signed by President Barack Obama last week.
