CMS on Thursday (Jan. 6) proposed a wide-ranging rule laying out Medicare Advantage and Part D changes for 2023 that include additional agency oversight of plan marketing, expansion and network adequacy; reinstatement of medical loss ratio reporting requirements; and changes to special needs plans.
