CMS, OIG, Office For Civil Rights Ease Use Of Telehealth In Medicare

CMS, the HHS Office of Inspector General and the HHS Office for Civil Rights will be using enforcement discretion and regulatory waivers to ease access to telehealth for Medicare beneficiaries during the COVID-19 pandemic, the administration announced Tuesday (March 17).
