CMS Finalizes Controversial HH Pay Rates, Hospice Oversight Reforms

CMS on Wednesday (Nov. 1) said it expects to pay home health agencies .8% more in 2024 compared to this year, an increase of about $140 million, and also finalized a set of controversial reforms to the Hospice Special Focus Program.
