CMMI To Launch Model Bringing MFN Pricing To Medicaid

CMS is seeking applications from drug companies to join a new voluntary model the agency announced Thursday (Nov. 6), in which participating manufacturers will provide state Medicaid agencies with supplemental rebates for certain drugs to align their net Medicaid prices to the lower prices charged to other wealthy nations.
