The Congressional Budget Office estimates the House Ways & Means Committee's bill to permanently authorize institutional special needs plans and extend authorization for duals and chronic care SNPs through 2023 would cost $119 million over a decade, but one SNP advocate doesn't see the cost as a showstopper.
