Cassidy, Hassan Probe UHG Cybersecurity Policies Amid Another Data Breach

A bipartisan duo on the Senate health committee Tuesday (Aug. 5) questioned UnitedHealth Group’s (UHG) repeated failure to protect patient health information from cyberattacks, and is seeking more information on how the company plans to ramp up data protections in the wake of two of the largest health care breaches in history.
