CA Judge Blocks Trump Admin’s Shutdown RIFs At HHS

A California judge Wednesday (Oct. 15) temporarily blocked the government from laying off any federal workers during the government shutdown, reversing for now the layoffs of hundreds of CDC and other HHS workers, and blocking the Trump administration’s threat to fire thousands of additional federal workers and cut more “Democrat programs.”
