CA Bill Could Allow In-State Mifepristone Production To Secure Access

California lawmakers have asked the governor to sign legislation that sources say could allow the state to manufacture and distribute mifepristone widely across the country via telehealth if the abortion medication is pulled from the market following an ongoing FDA review of safety data sparked by a controversial, non-peer-reviewed study.
