Bipartisan Bill Would Push Back PTA, OTA Cuts, Exempt Certain Areas

Reps. Bobby Rush (D-IL) and Jason Smith (R-MO) introduced legislation to push off pay cuts for physical therapist assistants and occupational therapy assistants for a year and exempt those in rural or medically underserved areas from those cuts once they go into place.
