Bipartisan Bill Would Allow HHS To Lift Medicare Telehealth Restrictions

A bipartisan, bicameral bill introduced Wednesday (Oct. 30) would allow HHS to waive telehealth restrictions under Medicare, expand telehealth for mental health services, encourage CMS to test more telehealth models in Medicare, and allow for the use of telehealth to recertify a Medicare beneficiary for hospice.
