Azar: HHS Leans Toward Letting Non-ACA Plans Stay On Market Longer

HHS Secretary Alex Azar said the department is still reviewing whether to extend for another year the transitional policy that allows plans out of compliance with the ACA to remain on the market, but he strongly indicated that HHS is leaning toward yes.
