Agency Deregulation Plans Due To OMB By April 19

Agencies’ deregulatory plans are due to the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) by April 19; the plans, which are executive order directed agency heads to work on with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), could slash HHS’ rulemaking after the department has already been rocked by a wave of 10,000 job cuts.
