Advocates Outraged As Trump Admin Cuts Navigator Program 90%

Health care advocates say while the steep funding cuts to the Affordable Care Act’s navigator program were expected, the move is still highly upsetting and likely to harm the most vulnerable Americans, including seniors and people in rural areas who lack computer skills and face other enrollment challenges.
