Admin Creates Exception Period For No Surprises Act Negotiations Due To Change Incident

Providers, insurers, air ambulances and other parties who were unable to timely initiate the first step of the arbitration process established by the No Surprises Act due to the Change Healthcare incident can begin open negotiation for any impacted items through Oct. 12, according to a new exception period the administration announced Friday (June 14).
