Actuaries: Location, Inflation And More Will Drive 2023 Premium Costs

How much consumers’ health plan premiums increase in 2023 will likely depend on where in the country they live in addition to whether the enhanced premium subsidies included in the American Rescue Plan Act are allowed to expire, analysts with the American Academy of Actuaries said.
