Senators struck on deal on a $10 billion coronavirus relief bill that would provide $9.25 billion to the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), of which at least $5 billion would go to therapeutics, and would provide $750 million for developing vaccines for future coronavirus variants and running vaccine making facilities.
