White House Seeking Criteria For Identifying Emerging Drug Threats

The White House Office of National Drug Control Policy is accepting comments on criteria to identify emerging drug threats that could become public health emergencies as part of the office’s proposed rulemaking process. An Emerging Threats Committee was set up under ONDCP by the SUPPORT Act.
