White House Reviews Request For Information On Anti-Kickback Policies

The White House budget office on Monday (Aug. 6) started reviewing a plan by the HHS Inspector General to seek advice from stakeholders on anti-kickback law reforms, a little more than two weeks after it began reviewing a proposed rule from the IG on anti-kickback safe harbors for drug rebates.
