White House Reviews Final Rule Requiring Price Disclosure In Drug Ads

The White House budget office is reviewing the final version of CMS’ proposal to require that television drug advertisements disclose prices, according to the Office of Management and Budget website. In October, HHS proposed forcing drug makers to disclose list prices for drugs that Medicare and Medicaid purchase.
