White House Reviewing HHS Conscience Protections Rule

The White House Office of Management and Budget on Thursday (Jan. 17) began reviewing HHS’ final rule to enforce statutory protections for HHS-funded programs allowing any person in the health care field to refuse to provide care based on religious or conscience-related objections.
