Watchdog Asks Court To Make HHS Comply With FOIAs On Verma's Dealings With States

American Oversight, a watchdog group focused on the executive branch, filed a lawsuit to compel CMS and HHS to provide them with information on CMS Administrator Seema Verma's interactions with states she previously worked with at her consulting firm before joining HHS.
