Washington Announces Record Low Proposed Rate Increases For 2020

Washington’s Office of the Insurance Commissioner announced Monday (June 3) that 13 plans, including two new issuers, have proposed “record low” average rate increases of less than 1 percent for the 2020 plan year, and all 39 counties will have at least one issuer selling plans through Washington Healthplanfinder.
