President Donald Trump signed Wednesday (Oct. 10) a bill that bans the insurance industry practice of preventing pharmacists from telling customers when it’s cheaper to buy drugs without insurance. The law also requires drug companies to report patent disputes and settlements over biopharmaceuticals to the Federal Trade Commission.
