State Attorneys General Sue 26 Generic Drug Makers For Price Fixing

Attorneys general from 46 states, the District of Columbia and four U.S. territories sued major drug makers for colluding on generic dermatologic drug prices. The latest lawsuit , filed Wednesday (June 10) in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, targets 26 large drug manufacturers including Pfizer, Sandoz, Taro, Novartis and Mylan.
