The National Women’s Law Center (NWLC) on Friday (Aug. 9) announced it has joined with other civil rights groups to submit more than 100,000 comments to HHS’ Office of Civil rights voicing opposition to the Trump administration’s proposed rule to roll back protections for transgender individuals, people who have terminated a pregnancy and those with limited English proficiency.
