Seattle Holds Off On Enforcing Employer Mandate After Lawsuit

The city of Seattle has agreed to temporarily delay enforcement of the employer mandate required under a recent city initiative after the ERISA Industry Committee (ERIC) filed suit saying the law violates the federal law under which large employers are regulated.
