Schumer: FDA Should Reconsider Deeming Rule Delay

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) called on FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb to reverse the agency’s decision to delay enforcement of the tobacco deeming rule, which would set in motion the agency’s regulation of e-cigarettes.
