Ohio senators Rob Portman (R) and Sherrod Brown (D) introduced a bill Thursday (June 18) to modify the provision in Medicaid law that blocks federal funds from mental health and drug rehab clinics in an attempt to help states manage costs of treating people addicted to opioids.
