Plaintiffs In TX ACA Case Oppose Expedited Hearing

The GOP-led states who brought -- and won at the district level -- a constitutional challenge to the Affordable Care Act are opposing a request by Democratic attorneys general to expedite the appeal, arguing more time is needed for such an important case and there is no urgency since the initial ruling has been put on hold.
