PhRMA Refiles Suit Against California Drug-Price-Transparency Law

The Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America filed an amended lawsuit against a California drug price transparency law one month after a federal judge dismissed the original suit. The California law requires drug makers to justify price hikes of at least 16 percent over two-year periods.
