Pallone Calls For FDA To Examine JUUL Allegations

House Energy & Commerce Chairman Frank Pallone (D-NJ) urged FDA to investigate allegations that JUUL Labs Inc knowingly distributed contaminated mint-flavored e-cigarette pods to consumers in a letter sent to the agency on Thursday (Nov. 14).
