PA Steps Toward State-Based Exchange, Will Fund Navigators In 2020

Pennsylvania is seeking navigators that can start helping residents enroll in Affordable Care Act coverage as soon as this fall now that that state is considered a state-based exchange reliant on the federal marketplace (SBM-FP) rather than a federally facilitated marketplace for the 2020 plan year.
