O’Brien: Int’l Pricing Index Rule Could Still Be Proposed This Spring

A top HHS drug-pricing official reiterated Wednesday (May 8) that the administration’s hotly debated International Pricing Index demonstration in Medicare Part B could be proposed as a rule this spring.
