Nevada Warns Of MEWA That Left Thousands With Unpaid Claims

The Nevada Division of Insurance warned consumers about a fraudulent Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement that was selling plans to hundreds of employers nationwide but was not paying claims. The plan, known as AEU Holdings LLC Employee Benefits Plan, is being sued by the Department of Labor for $50 million in unpaid claims.
