Markey, Portman Release Bill To Make Independence At Home Permanent

Sens. Ed Markey (D-MA) and Rob Portman (R-OH) recently reintroduced legislation that would make the Independence at Home demonstration a permanent, nationwide Medicare program and remove the cap on the number of participating beneficiaries.
