Kaiser: Short-Term Plan Premiums Could Be Less Than Half Of ACA's

As open enrollment kicks off, a new report notes that while premiums for short-term products may be far lower than premiums for Affordable Care Act-compliant coverage, these lower costs come with reduced benefits.
