Texas federal district court Judge Reed O’ Connor on Tuesday put the House Democrats’ motion to intervene in the remaining four counts in Texas v. Azar on hold until the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals returns a decision on the first count involving the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act.
