HHS Report Finds Premiums Doubled Since 2013, Likely Due To Enrollee Mix

HHS' Office of Assistant Planning and Evaluation (ASPE) issued a report finding that average premium costs in the 39 states using Healthcare.gov have doubled from 2013 to 2017.
