Grassley Asks Justice Department To Conduct ‘Robust Analysis’ Of Health Plan-PBM Mergers

Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Chuck Grassley (R-IA) asked the Justice Department’s Antitrust Division to conduct a “robust analysis” of proposed mergers between Cigna Corp. and Express Scripts, and CVS Health and Aetna. Grassley cites rising drug prices as the reason for his concern about the mergers.
