Gottlieb To Testify Before Senate Appropriators Tuesday

FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb will testify on the agency's fiscal 2018 budget request before Senate appropriators next Tuesday (June 20). The budget request calls for industry to pay double in user fees, and would cut discretionary funding and workforce numbers even if FDA receives increased user fee revenues.
