Federal Judge Pauses Lawsuit Over Short-Term Plans Until Gov't Reopens

U.S. District Judge Richard Leon on Monday (Dec. 31) agreed to put on hold the lawsuit over the Trump administration’s short-term health plan rule until the government reopens, per the Department of Justice’s request.
