Federal Agencies Again Delay Common Rule Compliance Date

Heeding stakeholders' request, HHS and 16 other federal agencies proposed to put off for an additional six months -- until Jan. 21, 2019 -- the general compliance date for revised federal policy on the protection of human subjects in research, known as the Common Rule.
